When you are busy talking you are too busy to hear what others are saying. The same applies when your mind is so preoccupied with thinking and analyzing. You can’t hear what you’re trying to tell yourself.

Good Morning Everybody …..

Sometimes you wake up with so much in your head that for some reason it just goes blank … like there’s just too much to process and there’s just no sound and just a bunch of blury images. Everything is going in slow motion but in such chaos you can’t make sense of anything.

Well me … I think too much all the time so I get those mental over loads where I can’t hear or see anything lol. I’ve been like this for a few days. Yea … it has it’s ups and downs like everything. Most times I can channel and sometimes I don’t know where to begin.

So let us decipher the situation … grab yourself a cup of coffee and let’s get this morning’s chronicle on the way …

When things go wrong, you have two choices. 1) make it worse or 2) make things better.

When you are busy talking you are too busy to hear what others are saying. Right? The same applies when your mind is so preoccupied with thinking and analyzing. You can’t hear what you’re trying to tell yourself.

Sounds crazy but it isn’t. The ability to think and process is a useful and powerful thing. Beautiful when you really think about it. Life goes through your mind, thinks and processes, stores information like a library.

You see something wrong and a solution pops into your head. You need to resolve an issue and the answer comes to you almost instantly. Love those moments. I look smarter than I feel lol

Flip side. When you get so preoccupied with your own thoughts you can’t see and grasp what’s in front of you. If you are so engulfed in analyzing and over analyzing everything, you become paralyzed. You can’t move. In my case, I go blank lol

Take a deep breath. In and out …calm your thoughts. Let go for a moment. Just let for of the need to judge, analyze, criticize and strategize. Let go for a moment and breathe. Just be.

You ever find yourself facing this huge delima and your are pulling your hair out. You are racking your brain trying to find a way … a solution, something … anything! Then you walk away for a minute to grab some coffee, take a breather outside for fresh air, hear a good song on the radio .. and when you come back … you find yourself looking for that delima. It’s there! It didn’t go anywhere. When you find it, the solution is clear as day.

Tell me … did the problem change? No, it didn’t. From the time you left it to the time you returned, it remained the same. What changed?

You? Your perspective? Your perception?

Every now and then, you need quiet. Just a peaceful time out from your thoughts. Stop plotting and worrying. Stop considering and agonizing. Something has to be said about being able to just simply enjoy your own inner peace and serenity.

Don’t get me wrong. I thrive when life is filled with noise, confusion, excitement, busy, complex thinking process. I think we all do. We just have to remember we have another choice. We need to balance things out with an equal amount of downtime.

Give yourself a refreshing intermission of peace, calm and serenity. Then, take it with you in all you do.

Well my friends, time to get busy. I want to wish you all a great day. Be good to one another and don’t take your freedom for granted because it’s not a given for everyone to do so.
