It may be surprising to find the increasing popularity of pet care in the modern world. Modern man thinks that pets can be a great companion to relieve his depression and share his emotions! Dogs, cats, birds and several other living beings are becoming more popular today. WHY?

Why is pet care gaining popularity?

You can find pet care improving fast during the past decades. Pets have been human-friendly right from the existence of humans. Pets are occupying an important place in the human lives all over the world.

Why is pet care gaining popularity?

It is a great question why pet care is gaining popularity in the recent decades. It has been proved that pets have become faithful companions which provide their owners physical and emotional benefits. You can see people walking in the streets holding their pets. Pets also help people get exercise, fresh air, and social interaction.

Another important reason I notice today is the great companionship of the pets to humans. Nowadays, houses are empty – nuclear families replacing homes which once were full of children and people! Pets, if trained can give some kind of medical therapy also to humans, enabling people to achieve specific physical, social, cognitive, and emotional goals.

American love towards pets

I always wonder at the great interest of the American people in rearing pets which is growing every day. It is quite encouraging to learn about the pets in America. It is amazing ti find the American people, developing an affectionate relationship with dogs, cats, birds, fishes, rodents, and many other living beings. Most of the Americans, especially kids, are attached to the pets. They love them most and treat them as their dear most companions and siblings.

Although cats and dogs are the favorite companions of the Americans, birds also are fostered as popular pets of the country.

Birds as pets

Birds have been popular pets all over the world. You can see it in all civilizations. Look at the U.S. Pet Ownership Statistics of the year 2012. You will be amazed to learn that 36.5% of the Americans own dogs, 30.4% cats and 3.1% of the people own birds as their favorite pets. Among bird-pets, parrots, doves, and lovebirds are the bird species most liked and fostered as pets in American houses.

Pet care is becoming more popular today, because of the lifestyle changes. Pets, including birds can be great companions of human who suffer from loneliness and depression!

I have found out that dogs are really my best friends. It breaks my heart that some people abuse them as well as cats. A dog is like a little brother or sister to me.

i am also presuming that petshop have been the last bastion of the veterinary med practitioner as they throw their corporate dream job and farm life conclave, which is a good thing like a pharmacy it should be run by a professional to make our pet's need more assured.
