Every article of dress should fit easily, obstructing neither the circulation of the blood, nor a free, full, natural respiration. Everything should be so loose that when the arms are raised, the clothing will be correspondingly lifted.

One of fashion's wasteful and mischievous devices is the skirt that sweeps the ground

It was the adversary of all good who instigated the invention of the ever – changing fashion.

Women are subject to serious maladies, and their sufferings are greatly increased by their manner of dress.

One of fashion's wasteful and mischievous devices is the skirt that sweeps the ground. Un cleanly, uncomfortable, inconvenient, un - healthful, - all this and more is true of the trailing skirts. Another serious evil is the wearing of skirts so that their weight must be sustained by the hips. This heavy weight, pressing upon the internal organs, drags them downward, and causes weakness of the stomach, and a feeling of lassitude, inclining the wearer to stoop, which further cramps the lungs making correct breathing more difficult.
Tight lacing does not improve the form. One of the chief elements in physical beauty is symmetry, the harmonious proportion of parts.

Another evil which custom fosters is the unequal distribution of the clothing, so that while some parts of the body have more than is required, others are insufficiently clad. The feet and limbs, being remote from the vital organs, should be especially guarded from cold by abundant clothing.

Perfect health requires a perfect circulation; but this can not be had, while three or four times as much clothing is worn upon the body, where the vital organs are situated, as upon the feet and limbs.

In order to secure the most healthful clothing, the needs of every part of the body must be carefully studied. The character of the climate, the surroundings, the condition of health, the age and the occupation must all be considered. Every article of dress should fit easily, obstructing neither the circulation of the blood, nor a free, full, natural respiration. Everything should be so loose that when the arms are raised, the clothing will be correspondingly lifted.

Madhu do you wear skirts?

Here is a fact of a female anatomy which Memon don't have apart from the hole that is not the rectum.
The proportionate woman is with a good chest and 10 inches less chest is the waist and 12 inches added on waist forms the hips. They are not cylindrical like the male figure.
Get your facts right want the women to walk without clothes or what? You are Indian, the saree I'd of utmost indecency which is tight on the waist with 6 metres of cloth. Do you know how unsafe it is to wear it?

Now if you wear a corset which was the in thing in the old days that squeezed the waist and displaced the organs. Now that still happens with the Indian saree which is tied so tightly on waist that you cannot breathe.

Now you men wear undies too tight it will squeeze you balls out and leave you infertile. It's waist clinging too. Kashti or langoti like what you wear for Khushti is enough along with dothi and lungi.

Shame on you Madhu.

Don't talk without knowing. You people are better of living in a jungle without clothes.
