I like milk sweet a lot. This is one of my favourite recipie and everyone in my family love it . Whenever i do it the sweet will disappear so quick :) .

Ingredients

Milk - 1 litre

Maida (White Flour) - 1 teaspoon

Curd (not sour) - 1 cup
or
Lemon - 1

Sugar - Two and a half cup.

Water - 5 cup

Method

Boil the Milk in an utensil and add Curd or Lemon juice to it. Remove the utensil from heat and cover itl with a lid. After the milk turned sour and the water gets seperated. Filter the sour milk in a cloth and keep it aside for four hours so that it turns solid, now add the flour to it and Mash it for 10 to 15 mins and make a dough. Now make them into small orb's in the size of gooseberry.

Sugar syrup
Prepare sugar syrup in another bowl and put the orb's in to the sugar syrup and cook them for 15 mins covering the bowl with a lid. And cook them for 10 mins without covering the bowl with lid.

This is one of my favourite milk sweet , I hope everyone likes it too.

I love this, and prefer it to gulab jamun. But...not sure it is healthy..lol. By the way, why all that effort. Buy baby milk powder, and try it with a little curd water mixed in that. Even that works well.
