Recipe Cake Bika Ambon

Prickly materials:
15 g instant yeast
20 g sugar
Wheat flour 20 g
Water 80 ml

Material / composition:
300 g of corn starch
Sugar to style
Yolk ten things
½ teaspoon vanilla
Grated orange peel ½ teaspoon
Lime leaves 15 items
400 ml coconut milk
Salt to taste
Yellow dye sufficiently
cooking oil to polish the mold

How to create Soft Bika Ambon:

1. Mix all ingredients and let the parent for twenty five minutes.
2. Boil the coconut milk,salt,and lime until boiling,keep milk so as to not break by means of stirring constantly slowly.
3. Mixer egg yolks in a medium bowl and add the sugar,then add the corn starch also,grated orange peel,vanilla and food coloring. Mix the dough until all ingredients together. Let stand three hours.
4. then pour the batter into the mildew that has been smeared with oil.
5. Oven dough with the fireplace down until the bubble burst stops,once the bubbles stop,put off the flame and ensure the kitchen appliance door remains open.
6. then turn on the oven top and bake the dough until soft and tender or brownish yellow. lift
7. Done,bika cake able to eat.

Wow this recipe used a lot of coconut milk. Should be tasty
