Easy snack recipes that take just 15 minutes or less. You don't need more than 15 minutes, to satisfy your taste buds.

You want to eat something tasty, but lack time to prepare it? Why not opt for these quick and tasty recipes, which are under 15 minutes.

Garlic Bread

Got some extra slices of leftover bread? Bread crumbs or feeding the sparrows, is not the only way you can utilise leftover bread.

You need a spoon each of finely chopped garlic, butter and coriander leaves. Top it on the bread and fry it on a low flame.
Something tasty and a snack definitely under 15 minutes.

Appam

If you got the appam patra at home, then you just need ten minutes to make tasty appam. The batter is readily available in the market or you can prepare it one night before.

You got to soak a cup of rice and urad dal in 1:2 ratio. The next morning, grind this mixture with 1/4 th cup of water. Remember it got to be thick in consistency. Your appam batter is ready. Now add 1/4 teaspoon of oil in each cavity of appam patra and one spoon of batter. After it turns golden brown in color, you need to flip the appams to fry the other side. 4 minutes cooking on each side, that makes it 8 minutes to prepare this snack.

Monaco Bites

You need a packet on Monaco biscuits, 1 small cup of finely chopped capsicum, tomato and onion, cheese slices, tomato ketchup and coriander to garnish.

On each biscuit, place a spoonful of the veggie mixture topped with cheese, ketchup and lastly garnish with coriander.

You can add herbs like oregano or chili flakes as per your choice.

The above three quick snack recipes are under 15 minutes. Now you don't need much to eat something good.
