If you are looking to earn extra money, RedGage is a perfect site to join.

About the website

RedGage is a website that allows you to upload a variety of media and earn money. Using this site you can create a profile and add: photos, videos, back links to articles you have written and your Blogs. This allows you to earn revenue from RedGage and other websites you are involved with.

Earning money

When choosing what items you would like to upload valuable content. You will get more views from your photos and videos the higher they are rated from fellow RedGagers. With your articles you can put links to stories you have already written for other websites such as: Helium, WikiNut or Associated Content. Promote your links via twitter and Facebook to maximize your earnings.

Raffle

RedGage has a daily raffle. By entering the raffle you have a chance to win $25.00. You earn raffle tickets by: mentioning RedGage on other websites, inviting friends to join and writing knowledge base content. Enter the raffle each day to increase your chance of winning.

Internet browser

RedGage is a wonderful site. It works best with Safari or Firefox. While Internet Explorer sometimes works, it is not as reliable. To avoid frustration it is recommended to not use IE.

Be patient

It takes awhile for your earnings to add up. Upload quality information and photos. Enter the daily raffle and promote your photos. You alone are in control of your earnings.

Kirsten read the TOS carefully on their "gift card". The card is practically worthless after a 10 or 11 dollar group of charges. I was using them but I removed all my content after getting the card and using the balance. I then shredded the card! It has monthly fees, inactivity fees and a lot of other usage fees that are very restrictive (unless they have changed it since I used it!)

I tried joining this site after you told me about it Kristen, but, forr some reason it won't let me create an account. It keeps telling me that I already have an account when I know that I don't..

Thanks for the tip off Doreen.

LOL Jerry, strange!

Doreen, I am thinking it works like a gift card maybe. The longer you have it, the lower the amount. (AMEX g/c does this as well)

I emailed Elizabeth to find out the details.

Kristen, what's your user name on RedGage. I'm going to try and get on using the referred by approach.

I read a few blogs about it and it does seem that there is a small fee for the card. But I figured if I am just posting content from Wiki that I have already done, I am only getting more views here. Anything on top of that is butter :)

OK, Kristen, Scarlet did the trick. I needed a referral for some reason. Now I'll take a good look around.

Will do. Just curious, are you a "Gone With The Wind" buff? My wife has seen the movie and read the book so many times that she can recite every line of dialog word for word.

Hi Kirsten

Thanks for the link to redgage, I have just signed up.

Finally beginning to accept that it is not a sin to re-use content on other sites.

I have been posting on Red gage for sometime. Its afun site, but I think there is very little money coming in. The card they advertise is perhaps a dud, but I haven't reached $25 and are thus not sure.
