Runescape Guide to 99 Fishing

Fishing is a long but worthy skill to master. The player catches a fish and earns exp for what they have caught. You can purchase a Fishing skillcape outside the fishing guild from the master fisher for 99,000 coins.

Levels 1-20
Time to pull out your net, and go out to draynor village. You'll be catching shrimp/anchovies to 20. i recommened cooking your fish along with fishing, you could get some cooking exp up. Simple enough, right? Still want to go on with fishing? Now, you'll be starting if not the fastest , the second fastest EXP in the game. Fly Fishing!

Levels 20-62/99 b]
Now, it's time to start fly fishing. At 20 you will only be able to catch trought. Soon to follow, you can catch salmon. If you havn't done Shilo Village, i strongly recommened doing it.If you refuse to or cannot complete, fish at Barbarian Village on a F2p world. Why F2p? Because there is alot of low levels always asking for some free raws so you dont even have to leave!

Levels 62-99 ( this is what i recommend)

Okay, so this is the method i recommend using for 99 Fishing. It requires Swan Song done, although. You will be catching Monk fish at Piscatoris Fishing Colony. You will make good money, and get good exp for the money you will make.

Updated Method, 90-99
With the new rocktails, they are great Exp. From 90-99 you make 52M, 46
if you buy the minerals though. They are found living in Living Rock Caverns.

Fishing Skillcapes can be purchased From the Master Fisher standing outside the Fishing Guild
