A recipe for a filling meal that can feed a number of people for a decent price.

4 medium size potatoes ( a little bigger then your fist)
1 yellow onion
2 pounds of ground sausage
4 cups of milk (Caned is fine)
1 clove of garlic (or 1 TSP of minced garlic)
1 packet of holinday sauce
¼ of a stick of butter
1 tsp of cooking oil

1 two gallon pot, with lid
1 quart pot
1 ten inch pan
A chopping knife & a Wisk
A large stirring spoon
A cutting board
1 large strainer

Start by chopping your potatoes into small bits no bigger then 1 inch no smaller then ½ inch. Once they are all chopped, place then in the two gallon pot filling it with water to cover the potatoes. Put on the lid and place on a oven burner on medium, until potatoes are soft and edible, stir occasionally to keep from scorching the potatoes. Well the potatoes are cooking dice the onion and put it in the pan with the oil, cook on medium heat till the onions softens and just starts to brown. Well the onion is cooking add the garlic if minced or crush and dice the unminced garlic then add it to the onion. the garlic should finish cooking about the time the onion browns. Once it dose empty contents into a small bowl and set to one side for later. Now put the two pounds of sausage into the pan and cook on high for several minutes make sure to help brake to down into chunks no larger the a quarter. Once its cooked drain the grease and oils off it using the strainer then set it in a large bowl to one side. At this time if the potatoes should be done, drain the water off using the strainer, let the water drain off completely. Now take the quart pot set on a burner on medium and add one cup of milk and the butter, Wisk till butter melts, keep whisking to keep the milk from curdling. When the butter is melted add the holinday sauce, Wisk till the concoction becomes thick and creamy. Now put the potatoes , sausage , onions, and sauce in the large pot add the remaining milk till it just covers the ingredients this is usually about 3 cups worth. Now stir to mix well put the lid back on and set on medium heat stirring occasionally to keep the bottom from scorching. Once the Soup has come to a slight boil or just starting to do so the soup is done.

Add rolls to make a filling a delightful meal. Contains about 10 serving.

this sounds like a good recipe, and not too hard either.
