Here I'll give you one of my secrets. I like to keep some small boxes in my fridge with some snacks that can be eaten separately when you're hungry, or as side dishes on dinner especially when you have guests. One of the secret boxes has yummy chili cheese balls

Ingredients

All you need is:
2-3 red chili peppers
a small pack of cream cheese
1/2 pound red pepper Jack cheese
1/2 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
A good amount of red chili powder

Procedure

1- In a glass bowl, put all ingredients except chili powder and red chili peppers.
2- Roast chili peppers in a skillet till they become soft.
3- Peel the skin of red peppers and remove seeds.
4- Chop the chili peppers finely.
5- Combine with other ingredients then mix well and shape into little balls.
6- Put cheese balls on a plate covered with wax paper or plastic foil.
7- Freeze for 20 minutes.
8- Spread red chili powder on a wax paper.
9- Roll cheese balls on red chili powder. and keep in a box in fridge.
