Do you like to eat potato chips? I know your answer:) We all love potato chips. It's an issue for me to stand in the kitchen and fry anything especially in hot summer days. That's why I use the microwave in many recipes that need deep frying "Smart me"
In this page I'll give you the fastest and easiest recipe to make potato chips.

Ingredients you need

Clean large potatoes
Vegetable oil spray
Salt and spices of your choice
Microwave tray
Slicer

Directions

1- Soak potatoes for 5 minutes then brush to clean the skin "Or peel it if you want"
2- Slice potatoes using a slicer.
3- Spray the microwave tray with oil.
4- Put potato slices in a bowl and salt them, leave for 5 minutes.
5- Place potato chips on a clean towel and press to drain extra water content.
6- Arrange potato chips in the greased microwave tray and cover with a microwave plastic cover.
7- Sprinkle favorite herbs and spices.
8- Microwave on high power for 5-6 minutes till potatoes curl a bit and they become golden brown.

Note

You don't have to spray the tray every round, it wont stick but you have to spray it well or rub it with oil the first time. Reduce the time into 4-5 minutes next rounds.
