Spicy omelette

Omelette is a simple recipe and it contains essential protein,iron and calcium.Making it spicy means we gain vitamin C in addition to this. It needs only 10 minutes for preparation.

More in a few minutes

Ingredients :

1.coconut oil (any vegetable oil) - 1 tsp
2.curry leaves - 2
3.eggs - 2,beaten
4.onion - 1,finely chopped
5.ginger - 1/4 inch, finely chopped
6.cumin seed - 1 tsp
7.green chilies - 3
8.coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
9.tomatoes chopped - 2 tbsp
10.turmeric powder - a pinch
11.garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
12.salt and pepper to taste

Method :

1.Prepare egg mixture by adding 3-11 ingredients and stir the mixture well.
2.Heat oil in a wide pan and add curry leaves
3.Pour the egg mixture to a pan.
4.Simmer the flame and leave to cook for 2-3 minutes
5.Check downside is ready for slip.
6.Now flip it over to upside
7.Once both sides are cooked remove from flame.
Spicy omelette is now ready for serving!
