I have always been fascinated by time, and why we cant control it or can we?

Like as the waves make towards the pebbled shore,
So do our minutes hasten to their end.

~ William Shakespeare

Men talk of killing time, while time quietly kills them

Ben Jonson Wrote~
It strikes! One, two,
Three, four, five, six. Enough, enough, dear watch,
Thy pulse hath beat enough. Now sleep and rest;
Would thou could'st make the time to do so too;
I'll wind thee up no more.

The countdown begins the moment you are born, make the most of the time you are given in this life. But remember always allow yourself to spend a little of your time in just contemplating your existence.
So many people waste the time they are given, but what is considered as a waste of time to some, to others it’s inventive. When you have time on your hands to do something positive, use your hands and be creative. Make a toy for a child, it’s much better than spending money, and in that way you can incorporate into it a means of making the child think.

Time wastes our bodies and our wits, but we waste time, so we are quits.

You can of course buy ready-made “thinking toys for children," but I think in a way it’s much better if you invent it yourself. Sometimes the simplest of objects can have a positive objective. I remember once my father made me a bell it was connected to a battery via a pushbutton, and so I was able to work out how the buzzer made the bell ring. From that moment I was hooked on gadgets, how things worked and how I could invent something to make the job I was doing easier.

Its the best version of "Time is tight" I could find without adverts

Time is the most valuable thing a man can spend.

You see my father gave me the match and I let the fire, we waste so much time, if we only stopped and thought how little time we do have on this earth to make our mark, I am sure many of us would be more expedient with their lives.

H. Jackson Brown said ~
“Don't say you don't have enough time. You have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Helen Keller, Pasteur, Michelangelo, Mother Teresa, Leonardo da Vinci, Thomas Jefferson, and Albert Einstein.”

Time is so precious, use what you have to make either your life or the life of someone else a little more pleasing. So at the beginning of each new day take a little of your valuable time to think of something positive to do,

It's all very confusing !

Time is a strange phenomenon, if we measure a start (now) and a finish (The future) then the sequence between, is time, however it never stays the same, because once a a start (The now) has happened it becomes the past, and when the finish (The future) is reach it becomes the past, so the sequence is, “Past” “Now” “Future”
When you started reading this article it was the now, now its the past, so in time nothing is set, time is constantly changing.

We all travel in time at the same speed, to us the “now is always here, but just imagine if we could step off whatever we are travelling on for a brief moment, and then hop on again, we would have allowed time to go ahead of us, and we would effectively be in the past, in other words we would have travelled back in time. Well that's a theory of mine.
In a way Washington Irving's “Rip Van Winkle” stepped off when he went to sleep, and Charles Dickens Scrooge in "A Christmas Carol" was taken back in time to see the error of his ways.
I don't think it would stand up to much scientific studys today, but Im still going to stick with my theory, so there !

H.G.Wells built a machine, and Superman flew back in time

In physics time is defined as the forth dimension this is known as spacetime whereas space is viewed as a three dimension and time the forth, but time is not set in stone, it acts differently is space, this was confirmed when atomic clocks on-board the space shuttle ran slower than synchronized Earth-bound inertial clocks, its all about dimensions and speed relative to other objects, depending on the speed of the other object.

Going on that theory it would be possible to “slow down time” when I was a child I imagined being able to travel so fast the I could overtake time thereby making it possible to travel back in time. Mind you at that time I was heavily into H.G.Wells and superman, even now I still think in some way it might be possible to slow down time I just haven’t figured it out yet.

So I guess as we are not Superman we all have to except that time for all of us is the same and so hence the reason for my article, none of us know just how much time we have, so lets make the most of it.

"Time is Money"

The saying "Time is money" is often attributed to Benjamin Franklin, but this addage was used long
before Franklin, by severel other authors, the earlest record I could find was used by "Antiphon" the Philosopher and teacher who lived in Athens around the 5th century BC
he quoted in maxim “The most costly outlay is time.” so that surely must be the first reference.

So if you can write why not use your time to earn some money by writing for Wikinut

We always travel through "time" when the logical mind is set aside.
