Walking your dog is a great way of giving you and your dog some exercise.

Walk your dog, have some exercise, see the majestic sights of autumn, and have fun!

When was the last time you had the chance to really take a nice, scenic walk? If you can't remember, than why not have a walk now with your dog? Witness autumn's majestic beauty and and feel the leaves under your feet give off a satisfying "crunch."

This week's time waster is, of course, to have a walk with your dog. If you don't have a dog, then you can walk with someone else. You and your dog probably need the exercise anyway. A brisk walk can lower stress like any other activity, and you can stop worrying about getting a raise or cooking the next meal or whether your boss is about to fire you for an hour. Enjoy the multicolored leaves, and bond with your favorite canine as you trot along. It's all about caring for each other.

Why are you still reading this? Go start your walk, and as always, Happy time wasting!

Dogs need walks, people need walks - it makes sence.

My wife insists I add that people who do not have dogs can walk their neighbors dog, or volunteer at an animal shelter walking their dogs.
