This recipe is very good for vegan people and good for children too. It's considered one of the tasty and healthy burger recipes. This is an all meat-free and low in fat and cholesterol food. Most veggie burger recipes can be stored well in the freezer, so make a double batch and save some to cook up later.

What do you need to cook Veggie burgers?

6 slices of removed sides bread

1 small red bell pepper
