A look from a British point of view on the games today Monday 6th.

My View

I think, although we all wanted to do well, none of us could have possible believed we would have 37 medals, 16 golds 11 silvers and 10 bronze at this stage, this is why I feel so proud of my country.

These set of articles are MY view from a Brit, on the games, all the Olympians from all the countries from the mighty China and the USA to the tremendous efforts from countries like Moldova, Tunisia, Singapore, Uzbekistan, Hong Kong, Qatar, Argentina all making their mark on the Olympic scene, I salute you all.

Still mesmerized

Today we look forward to more event and medals to be won, dare we hope to gain any more? With All British eyes on Jason Kenny, Victoria Pendleton, Dai Green and Beth Tweddle.

Still mesmerized from the weekend events from team GB's Olympians The British public move into Monday at the games.
Nick Skelton, Ben Maher, Scott Brash and Peter Charles our eventing team are in joint second place and today go fora medal. And we all wish the GB women's Hockey team the best of luck tonight.

In the Velodrome

In the Velodrome more track cycling comes from Jason Kenny in the men's individual sprint and Queen Victoria Pendleton will go in the individual sprint quarter-finals. Whilst in the Stadium Dia Green will face big opposition men's 400m hurdles also more from Holly Bleasdale in the women's pole vault In the gymnastics Beth Tweddle will try for a medal on the uneven bars.

Good luck to ALL the players from ALL the countries on this fabulous stage today
