Is the image you have of yourself correct? You want to know the weirdest thing? It’s easier to believe the worst in yourself then it is to believe the good.

Good Morning Everybody ….

Another day in the life of me. Today, my day is starting with a constant span of clumsiness. Ok, I’m a klutz, I admit it. lol I am what I am. Sometimes I can be an entire day without a mishap and there’s this one day, like today for instance, I make up for loss time.

lol Well, I have to laugh about it. Actually it is funny. Stairs have always been at the same place yet they seem to move every now and then. Come to think of it, so do walls … hmmmm … I can’t explain it!

Hey, lol I know what I am …. as I put on my somewhat serious face … here’s my morning chronicle …

Who are you?

Are you sure?

Is the image you have of yourself correct or has it become comfortable like that soft pair of socks on a cold day or the comfy pajama you stay in on a rainy day?

“I’m clumsy”, “I’m shy”, “I’m not good at this”, “I’m not pretty enough”, “I’m not good enough”, “I’m fat”, … How easy is it to let a few of those judgments roll off our tongue? I’m shaking my head as I’m typing because I’m thinking we’re all victims of our own judgments.

You want to know the weirdest thing? It’s easier to believe the worst in yourself then it is to believe the good. I’m shaking my head and laughing because I know I do that. I can be my own worst enemy lol.

Your thoughts, no matter how private or buried they are, they show. The fact is, the more you think them, the more you say them, the more they become who you are.

So, the words you use make a difference.

When someone says hello and asks you how you are, do you answer cheerfully or do you start explaining how horrible and gloomy you feel?

You may not realize this but how you respond to someone asking you how you are can have a huge impact on your life. Ok, when you say something out loud, your sub-conscience hears you. In turn, your thoughts react to the statement, convincing you and suddenly you are transformed. You made your words reality.

You may or may not believe what others say about you but you most definitely believe, at a very deep-seated level, the things you say about yourself.

Don’t take my word for it … let’s make this an experiment.

For today,when someone asks you how you are, even if you feel down, straighten up, smile and say you’re feeling great and see if the transformation starts to happens. I dare you! Take the challenge and see.

The way you think and the things you tell yourself will have an immense influence on the way your day progresses. The long-term effects are, it will influence and transform your entire life.

So today, be a positive, enthusiastic and supportive self-influence. Be the best you. There is no other you to do the job for you but you.

Well my happy, cheerful, wonderful, beautiful, charming friends, I wish you all a fabulous day and be good to one another. Don’t take your freedom for granted because it’s not a given for everybody to do so.

And one more thing …..
